Our 7-Step Production Process

Every extract we ship passes through the same seven steps — from organic cultivation to lot-specific documentation. The process is 140 years in the making and fully auditable.

1. Cultivation

Organic substrate, controlled climate, multi-generational growing expertise.

2. Harvest

Fruiting bodies hand-harvested at peak maturity for maximum beta-glucan content.

3. Drying & Milling

Low-temperature drying, fine milling, preservation of active compounds.

4. Hot-Water Extraction

4:1 hot-water or dual extraction. Class-100,000 cleanroom. No solvent residue.

5. Standardisation

Extracts calibrated to spec ranges for beta-glucans and polysaccharides.

6. Quality Testing

Heavy metals, microbial, moisture, actives. Full CoA generated per lot.

7. Packaging & Export

Food-grade packaging, complete export documentation, Newark-NJ warehouse.
